Beyond Blue certainly does a great job of helping people understand mental illness.
Your mother has had a very complex life. It’s good that you want to achieve everything you can and that you appreciate the opportunities you have.
It was sad about the phobias that she has.
Thanks Adelaide. I think my mother’s generation and especially her mother had so many challenges in achieving anything outside of the domestic sphere, but in my mother’s case this opportunity was virtually destroyed because of her illness and society’s perceptions.
